Welcome to the “Health Boost” course!

It is a great honor and satisfaction to share my experience and knowledge in such an important area of our lives as health. For years I’ve been providing an example of healthy habits that I practice. The opportunity to create potentially vast numbers of positive outcomes in improving people’s health with this course makes my heart happy. 🙂

We all want to be healthy, but in life turbulence, people rarely think about their health and rarely make improvements to it. A common approach is seeking medical help when the illness has already occurred or when people become disabled and unable to take care of themselves due to poor or no healthy habits practiced during their lives.

But this doesn’t have to be so. You can achieve extraordinary long-term benefits with the minor improvements introduced in your daily routines. What you have to do is:

  • Educate yourselves, and thus overcome ignorance and denial.
  • Practice positive examples.
  • Make above your habits and stick to them.

With this course, I intend to teach you all those three aspects by:

  • Providing you with an abstract of three excellent books I’ve read in the sleep, diet, and exercise field.
  • Describing the habits that I practice in each of those areas and how learned and implemented improvements have impacted me.
  • Assigning the task for you at the end of each module that helps you introduce the healthy habits I recommend in your daily routine.

I hope you will enjoy learning and practicing what I have to say about health. Use the energy boost you will acquire to connect with your family and engage with your children.

In the end, I encourage you to spread the word and influence other people around you by showing your positive example!
